ActionAgenda is a hybrid planner capable of handling to-dos and calendar events simultaneously. You can organize your to-dos with projects, contexts, and tags in a GTD way, and then convert them to calendar events easily.

Calendar syncs with iOS Calendars which syncs with Google, Yahoo, and MS Exchange automatically.
To-do list syncs with iOS Reminders and Toodledo at the same time.

1. Put whatever comes to your mind in “Inbox”  tab
2. Do simple actionable stuffs right away (tap on check-box to complete) 
3. Make not-so-simple stuffs as project and break it down to smaller steps (drag it to “Project” tab) 
4. Mark which ones need attention (drag it to “Focus” tab or mark star)
5. Make use of context and tag for further categorizing (drag it to “Context”, “Tag” tab) 
6. Schedule it if it has a hard due date (drag it to “Scheduled” tab) 
7. Make an appointment by drag & dropping to “Calendar” 
8. Dont forget to review regularly to keep your trusted system current,

This is a well featured app with a solid number of ways to customize viewing preferences and a sturdy navigation between reminders and calendar.

Quite a bit of work in features have been built into this app. I am pleased with both the performance, and price, and the balance between the two. Simple and clean interface.

Without a doubt this is the best iOS task manger Ive seen, and Ive tried them all. I do wish it had travel time.

Now I get my calendar, my reminders (both from Outlook by Exchange) and my privat task from Toodledo in one App.

Some bad moments

i purchased the full version, because it was not possible to fill something in the inbox. but even in the full version this Problem stays and also the app is breaking down in 9 out of 10 cases! disaponting!

Sub task structures does not sync with toodledo, both ways! The rest of the application is REALY very good... But it is useless for me if i can sync with toodledo :-( When this is fixed, it will be my best todo application!

Ive always had to have two apps for my calendar and a daily to-do list. This app has both and they combine together on the Calender perfectly. Easy to use

Very good app I use it for all of my scheduled events and todo list.

This is a really great version 1. Combining todo and calendar makes a lot of sense. The sync with Toodledo works well, although I wish it would auto sync rather than manual sync. Screens seem a bit cluttered but it is pretty feature rich. Calendar info comes though the Calendar app, but none of the todos come through Reminders/Exchange, only Toodledo. Sub tasks dont seem to be supported, but the free Toodledo does not have then either.

I have only been using this for a couple of days but believe me when I say that it is the best I have run across! I have tried and/or purchased every calendar/task manager/todo app and this is the easiest and most integrated. It took some getting used to the month/week setup but I like how you can select tasks there and a popup window shows them to you. There are so many great features I cant name them all but the best is how easy it is to use. Plus its not 10-20 dollars like the other ones.
